Cancellation Policy

Here at Scholz Studio, we keep to a 

24 hour cancellation policy.

If a lesson is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the student is expected to pay the session fee.

(We make exceptions in the case of emergency.) 

We do our best to be as flexible as possible, and will offer re-scheduling time-slots when available, but please bear in mind that scheduling your lesson means reserving our teachers' time!
